Susan Chalmers to Lead Efforts on IPv6 Best Practices Forum

The five Regional Internet Registries (RIRs) have jointly engaged Susan Chalmers to lead efforts around a Best Practices Forum (BPF) that will examine “Creating an Enabling Environment for IPv6 Adoption” for the upcoming Internet Governance Forum (IGF) in Joao Pessoa, Brazil in November.

Susan was appointed to the IGF Multistakeholder Advisory Group (MAG) in May 2013 and will be working with fellow MAG members Izumi Okutani and German Valdez.

This effort will be comprised of four main elements:
– Community discussion
– Resource collection
– A BPF session during the 2015 IGF
– Producing a final outcome document
