On 27 December 2019, the Number Resource Organization (NRO), acting as the Address Supporting Organization (ASO), submitted an inspection request to ICANN regarding the Internet Society’s proposed transfer of ownership of PIR, the .org registry, to Ethos Capital.
On 4 February 2020, ICANN issued a response, which can be found on the ICANN website or here (pdf).
