Dear RIR Community, On 1 May 2022, the ICANN Board of Directors approved Standard Bylaws Amendments to Article 10 of the ICANN Bylaws. The resolution approving the Standard Bylaws Amendment is available at https://www.icann.org/resources/board-material/resolutions-2022-05-01-en#2.c.
