[CRISP-TEAM] IANA Stewardship Transition Proposal meets the criteria

Congratulations and thank you all in the CRISP Team!

While it is outside the CRISP responsibility, there is implementation to be completed before the transition, and would like to share an update on IPR on a separate mail.

This assessment report is certainly is an important milestone for us in moving forward :)
