[CRISP-TEAM] ICANN Submits Implementation Planning Status Report to NTIA

Hi,

Izumi and I have only followed these discussions from a distance as the RIRs took over the implementation of the IPRs when they decided to close down the CRISP team. 

But yes it was very disappointing that the IPR wasn’t included in this report. (The IETF representatives also noted this.)
