I would like to submit comment to the ICG at UTC23:00 8th Sep.
Since I am at APNIC40 and late evening here, I will recheck tomorrow morning mytime if there is anything else to add before the submission.

It hasn't been shared with Nurani, so she may have some additional suggestions.
Please let me know if there is anything to add as well.
