[CRISP-TEAM] IANA Intellectual Property Rights: Minimum Requirements

Nurani, I do not think we agreed on the exact text. How about the
following (as a closing sentence:

"From the Internet Number Community’s perspective these requirements
must be implemented as part of the transition".

What others think about this?
