Thank you very much Paul for sharing these IPR principles.

It covers key points IMO and I just have one suggestion.

The entity has human resources with expertise on the IPR.
We may want to add something like "with proven record" to this as well but I'd like to hear thoughts from the CRISP Team members about this point.

I call for your inputs on the IPR principles before Tuesday 6th Oct UTC23:59.
Please also share whether you are comfortable for the CRISP Team to support the described approach about IPR at IANAPLAN, based on the number community proposal and the draft IPR principles.
