[CRISP-TEAM] Updated Draft Comment to the CWG Proposal

Hi Michael,

Thank you so much for your excellent work.
This looks good to me.

Just one quick comment. 

When we talk about the Review Committee, in relation to the Review Team, it might be obvious to us what we are referring to, but it might not be to everyone. 

Therefore, can I suggest that we reword the paragraph about the Review Committee as follows:

> OLD:
> - The Numbers community requires no additional reviews or organizational structures beyond the Review Committee monitoring the service levels for the Numbers functions and advising the RIRs accordingly.

NEW:
- The Numbers community requires no additional reviews or organizational structures beyond the Review Committee which is specified in the Numbers community proposal. The Number community's Review Committee is tasked with monitoring the service levels for the Numbers functions and advising the RIRs accordingly.

Other than that, I don't have anything else to add at this point.
