[CRISP-TEAM] CRISP Team - Comparison with CWG-Names Proposal 2nd draft

Hello CRISP Team,

As was discussed previously on a CRISP call, John Sweeting and I have been working on compiling an analysis and comparison document focused on the CWG-Names Proposal 2nd draft compared to the CRISP Team proposal.  Please find attached the document for your review and comment.  This comparison is provided as a starting point for discussions regarding the CRISP Team proposal as it compares to the CWG-Names proposal.  It is not meant to be an exhaustive list of all items that are either similarities between the proposals or possible variances.  It is meant to highlight some of the similarities as well as areas where there may be conflict so that any issues may be handled in due course in consultation with the community.  Inherently, as the issues identified are discussed, items may be resolved or new ones may be uncovered.  Please feel free to comment on any matters raised here or that you feel should be raised, and we can amend this document accordingly.

The NRO EC is being copied on this communication as well so that they can weigh in and comment on this document.  In discussing with Izumi and Nurani, the goal is to share this document with the community via the global list no later than Friday.  Hopefully this will assist in any community discussions leading up to the deadline for comment on the CWG-Names proposal next week on the 20th.

Therefore, if the team would please review this document and provide any input or comments as soon as possible prior to COB tomorrow, we would greatly appreciate it.
