I fully support Nurani's and Izumi's suggestions.

Some additional thoughts.

Slide 4 - I wonder if the accountability arrows should point in the
opposite direction (i.e. accountable to whom)

Slide 5 - "IANA function stability and reliability: ICANN to continue as
the IANA Numbering Services Operator in the immediate term"

I suggest "IANA function stability and reliability: ICANN to continue as
the IANA Numbering Services Operator, orderly transition to another
operator should such need arise"

Slide 6 - "(Absence of) Fee" -> "Cost-based Fee"

Slide 10 - perhaps more affirmative: "Support expressed for the
proposal" and "No objections for the proposal components"
