[CRISP-TEAM] ICG Combined proposal & IANA transition webinars

Hi,

As you know, the ICG will be publishing its combined proposal today. There will be a public comment period on this 31 July - 8 September. 

The ICG will also host two webinars regarding the transition proposal on:

Thursday 6 August, 19:00-20:30 UTC and 
Friday 7 August, 11:00-12:30 UTC

There will be a few announcements about this on the global list. We would appreciate if you all help distribute these through your channels.
