Hi Izumi and all,

I think the draft below looks good. Very useful to reference the relevant parts of the proposal too!
Just one minor comment from me below.

I agree with this observation. I don’t see any conflicts or inconsistencies with the proposal, but I agree that it could be worded in a clearer manner!
