Many thanks Janvier for your comment, to have taken your time to review the Review Committee charter in details.
As in the case with the SLA, the comment from the CRISP Team for the Review Committee charter focuses on whether there are any inconsistencies with the number community proposal.
The reason for this is that the role of the community/the CRISP Team is to develop and the proposal which reflects the consensus of the number community and implementation is left to the RIRs.
We have therefore we intentionally avoided to be too prescriptive in our comments and for the Review Committee.
The RIRs (NRO) has well established experiences in implementing community based committee such as the ASO AC, the CRISP Team, including developing a charter. I see the same level of details are described for the Review Committee as for the CRISP Team, so I think we can be comfortable based on the experience that this level of details of the charter work sufficiently well.
I hope this makes sense and please let me know if there is anything further you wish to clarify.
I'd like to share the draft response to the global ianaxfer list as a reference, before submitting to the NRO at UTC13:00.
Thanks again Janvier for your feedback, not just on this but regularly providing comments on the list.
Izumi
