[CRISP-TEAM] Next Steps & the CRISP Team

Dear Axel, Paul and Adiel,


I would appreciate your guidance as Chair of NRO and ICG members
representing NRO, on any possible role expected of the CRISP Team in
future steps.

In Step 2:
When the ICG has questions about the proposal from the numbers
community, my current assumption is as below:

 - The CRISP Team is to support Paul and Adiel in responding to
   request for clarifications/questions from the ICG.
 - Paul/Adiel will be the interface with the ICG but there may be cases
   where the CRISP Team is expected to respond directly to the ICG.

Would this be a fair assumption?
Please advice if there is anything different from your understanding.


In Step 3 and Step 6:
When communities review the straw man proposal, is there any role
expected of the CRISP Team at this phase?


I don't have a strong opinion and be happy to support Paul and Adiel's
coordination efforts as the CRISP Team if considered desirable, in where
we can.
