Just a few edits for the groups consideration:

Any reference to ³require² perhaps is better changed to ³reference²?

³RIRs acknowledges this proposal which require actions by them²
to
³RIRs acknowledge this proposal which references actions by them"

and

"submitted to the ICG which require actions by the RIRs"

to
"submitted to the ICG which references actions by the RIRs"

And this reference to be slightly changed as follows:

"that necessary actions will be taken by RIRs to implement the proposal"
to

³that the RIRs will take the appropriate steps to implement the proposal"

Lastly, a couple minor style/typo edits:

"The charter of review committee and Contract actual text is the
implementation of the proposal where RIRs are responsible.²
to
³The charter of the review committee and actual contract text are part of
implementation of the proposal which is the responsibility of the RIRs²

"While our role as the CRISP Team is providing guidance to the RIRs in the
implementation, and the decision of the implementation and its
preparations is for the RIRs to make"
To
³While our role as the CRISP team is to provide guidance to the RIRs in
the implementation of the proposal, the details and process of
implementation of the proposal is the responsibility of the RIRs.

"RIRs to make, the CRISP Team believe it is important²
to
³Šresponsibility of the RIRs.(edit from above) The CRISP Team believes it
is important...² (breaking into separate sentence and adding ³s² to
believe)

"We trust the RIRs will consult with relevant community as needed in
preparing the SLA²
to
³We trust each RIR will consult with their respective communities as
needed in preparing the SLA²

Just a few of my thoughts.

Thanks,
-Michael
