Just to clarify, based on information shared by Andrei, we inform the
IANAXFER list that we plan to do this in Step III (after Step II is
completed)?

It may be premature to inform RIRs at this stage, as the ICG may make
some changes after integration of the proposal with those of the other
two communities (protocol parameter and names).
If this makes sense to everyone -
I would like to reply to Seun, after guidance from the NRO EC about the
CRISP Team's possible role in future steps, together with the above plan
we have, to hand over this part to RIRs after Step III.
I want to make sure we are all on the same page for future steps and our
role, so any other feedback on this continues to be welcome.
