Me neither. IMO, these concerns contain several factual inaccuracies and
can be quite easily addressed, at least from the RIPE perspective.

But then again, I do not see merits of continuing this discourse on the
icg-forum list. Since no formal appeal process has been defined (as far
as I know), I guess it is up to the ICG to figure out how to deal with
these.
