Would you confirm whether you wish 
<https://www.nro.net/crisp-final-proposal> to be the landing page where 
people may choose the TXT, HTML, or PDF version at this point?

  - This would require changes for links for the past proposal drafts if
    we make it consistent.
  - An alternative is to make it the same with other versions for now
    and add html and text links seperately.

My current preference is, make the link consistent with past versions 
for now (link to the PDF for the URL above, have seperate URLs for html 
and text version) and work on it later if needed - and would like to 
hear your thoughts.

While I will send a proper request including NRO secretariat alias once 
fixed but I would appreciate your feedback, if you have any questions or

         - Change the title from "Important Dates" to "Key Dates before
           the submission to the ICG "
         - Add dates including the key dates for the first draft

         (The idea is to keep this information as a record of what
          process we followed in developing the draft but not as future
          steps, and record all steps taken)
