icg-forum is not a proper channel to submit comments to the CRISP 
Team, but I think it is a proper channel to submit comments to the 
ICG.  I think that the ICG will decide what (if anything) to do 
about the comment, and that the CRISP Team does not need to take 
any action.

I don't think we have formally asked the secretariat to post 
these.  Please could you do that now?

On a related issue, I have asked the Afrinic staff whether they 
can translate the proposal to any other languages.
