Thank you very much for your notes as always.

I just have three requests for changes, for clarity on conclusiona and
who does what.

I think you had already waited long enough, so if no other comments in
the coming 6 hours, please post this on the NRO CRISP Team website.

Add:

CN Neutral is difficult to define when it comes to drafting the
contract. Arbitration in an agreed venue by all parties would work but
including the word "neutral" makes it difficult to accomodate.
