[CRISP-TEAM] Some TBC things... but Great work!

CRISP Team,


There are still some things to be dealt with such as text and html
version but before I lose the timing I truly want to thank the CRISP
team members for the great contributions and team work.

I had taken a final look at the proposal and while there are few things,
I would say they are not critical and I think this is a good proposal
document overall.

Than you for the great work and hope you have some time to refresh and
your mind out of the IANA stewardship transition for a while ;)
