Thank you Alan,

In the interim of waiting for others feedback, I am moving forward on the
touch ups - pagination, formatting such as page breaks, removing grey
boxing, making sure hyperlinks work (some were not active), spacing, font,
etc. 

To be clear, at this point absolutely no textual changes are being made
anywhere unless directed by the group through some objection to the last
draft I circulated or unless clearly a typo/misspelling, etc.

I look forward to everyone’s endorsement/comments for finalization.
