OK so we have agreement on this, with replacing
with Alan's text for III.A.3.

   The ASO MoU is an agreement between the Internet Number
   Community and ICANN; the NTIA has no oversight role in
   policy-making for IANA Numbering Services, and its transition
   out of its current role would have no effect on the
   policy-making framework.


If not corrections for coming 5 mintutes this is fixed.
