The version 8 by Bill said:

But this is not correct. As Alan points out, there was something in there before about oversight role in "policy-making", which must have disappeared at some stage. 

Saying "the NTIA's has no oversight role in IANA Numbering Services" is incorrect. So our review suggested removing it from there entirely:

New text:
"The ASO MoU is an agreement between the Internet Number Community and ICANN; the NTIA's transition out of its current role would have no effect on the policy-making framework."

Does this make sense?
