Michael and I have just gotten off the phone, and confirmed the pen handoff.  He’s ready to begin work on version 9, if necessary, or to begin splitting and pagination, if you can all live with the content at this point.  I’ll be in another meeting for the next hour, but available to assist again from 21:00 UTC if needed.
