Oh, I didn't see the sceeen shot.  I see it now.

Apaprently, LibreOffice decided that the "Helvetica" font is not 
available, so it substituted something else and the line wrap 
changed.  I'd like the section to look like this:

     AFRINIC      Blah blah blah
     APNIC        Blah blah blah
     ARIN         Blah blah blah too much to fit on one line
                  so it wraps to a second line
     LACNIC       Blah blah blah blah
     RIPE NCC     Blah blah blah blah

If you did it some other way deliberately, that's fine.  I thought
that what I saw was a mistake, so I commented on it.

My comment seems to have been attached to the wrong part of the
document.  Sorry.

There's a sentence in II.B.3.ii that says "members have the right to
vote individuals onto the governing board".  I suggest to change that to
"members have the right to elect individuals to the governing board".
Essentially "vote onto" -> "elect".
