So there are suggested edits that I won’t implement because they’re changing things that are the way they are for a reason, and so they’re just another step in a reversion war.

We no longer have time for me to comment on each one individually back to the list.  I’m just going to illustrate a single one, so you can see what I’m talking about.

Alan suggests re-inserting a section number 0 before “Proposal type.”

This is in conflict with the earlier edit to revert everything from integer to wacky numbering.  Zero is an integer, not a wacky number.  In wacky numbering, this is a Level 1 number, which means it’s a roman numeral, and the roman numeral equivalent of the integer 0 is Nulla, not 0.  Therefore, this suggested edit is a no-op, because it would just be the fourth go-round of a series of conflicting changes.
