Bill,

No have not edited Version 7. Izumi and I chatted a few hours ago about
this and we were focused on making sure everyone¹s comments were
acknowledged and identified for inclusion in the next version. So I say
the team can work off of your most recent version and just ensure that all
comments and edits submitted, nothing more and nothing less, are
incorporated into the final version.
