Michael has not received version 8 yet.  It sounds like there’s consensus in favor of me passing the pen to him at this point, so I’ll begin the process of bundling up 8 and the list of outstanding edits not yet applied, to pass to him.  Please hold edits for the moment while I do that, so we don’t get into a tracking nightmare.  In fact, please try to start wrapping up your edits, so we can get an idea when pagination can begin.  Izumi, would you suggest a deadline for new edits, so that we can put a timeframe around preparation of the final?
