[CRISP-TEAM] Proceedings of discussions of the 14th call

Bill,

My schedule for the rest of the time before submission of the proposal is
relatively wide open other than travel to/from the office. I have blocked
off much of today to ensure enough time to work on edits to the draft
proposal for finalization.

I agree that we should work off of your version 8 as I don¹t want to lose
any of your hard work on this. So I agree sharing such with the group
before the call makes sense and hand off can happen along with the list of
remaining items.

If anyone wishes to raise any issue, we can do so at the call. Hopefully
after the call, we will have clear direction and hopeful consensus on
this. As I recall from the charter of the CRISP team, we need to ensure we
record the agreement of the voting members (non-RIR staff members) of the
team on the proposal for submission to the ICG. So we need to build into
the timeline enough time for the finalization of the proposal and a
recorded vote to be had by the voting members prior to submission.

Thanks,
-Michael
