Quite the opposite, on both points…  I use change tracking, and getting diffs between each clean version and whatever you’re interested in them relative to is trivial.

It is not possible, however, for me to guess what everyone else is interested relative to, and produce customized redlines for each person.

And it’s very late in the day for people to be looking at redlines, rather than the document as a whole, as I keep reminding you.  At some point we need to call good enough good enough, rather than going back and forth on things that you’ve already been through.  And put your attention instead to the things that you _haven’t_ already been through a bunch of times.  Which is where the attention is needed much more critically.
