night,

Just wanted to touch base real quick. Previously I had thought that we
were holding off on any further changes to the draft until after the call
so that the group had a baseline from which we would move forward and
comment. From your e-mails it appears you are well into working on a
version 8. This is great to have the work started on the updated draft but
just didn¹t want there to be confusion on (1) the draft from which the
group is commenting and discussing on the call and (2) who is responsible
for making the changes. At the very least I think we need to make sure all
changes from Version 7 be done with track changes turned on for the
benefit of the group as any version 8 will have to be circulated to the
team. If you¹d like to focus on incorporating edits from the group into
Version 8, I think that makes sense and is very much appreciatd before the
next hand off back to me for finalization.
