I was under the impression that Michael had taken over the pen. Is Bill now again the one holding the pen? 

I have no preference as to who holds the pen. I just want to make sure that we are not overriding any work that Michael so graciously agreed to take on in the middle of the night, his time. 

It is also important that we all agree on what is the latest version of the document.
