Hello All,

Please forgive me, as I know we are supposed to be holding back edits.
But Nurani has left the office and passed her last edits on to me as she
was not sure she will be able to send them in on time. I have added my
last bits to the doc. So here are the last edits from Nurani and I
(combined).
