[CRISP-TEAM] Section III.A.3: "going forward" -> "after the transition"

My suggested change to section III.A.3 was incorporated into an 
earlier draft, but has now been lost.  Please could we reinstate 
it.

Section III.A.3: change "regarding the identity of the IANA 
operator going forward" to "the identity of the IANA operator 
after the transition".
