I fully support all of them, except one (which is minor, really):

AB: Shoud be “IANA Numbering Services Operator” for consistency

My comment: In this case, I think it needs to say "of the IANA Operator for Internet Number Resources" as the NTIA agreement currently is with "the IANA Operator", not the “IANA Numbering Services Operator”.

I also note that you've pointed out a list of definitions we need to include. That's good and important! How do we best identify and incorporate these?
