[CRISP-TEAM] Glossary of Definitions for RFP response

Hello All,

We agreed on the last call (or the one before) that we all thought it
was a good idea to have a glossary of definitions in the document.

Has anybody started work on this? If not, I would like to voluteer that
the RIPE NCC takes on the task to produce this. The list we are
proposing is as follows (naturally, an additions are welcome, but lets
keep it to the most important):
