I know you had been working in very aggressive time.

I feel it may not be realistic to expect to come up with the updated 
version before the call, so

will try to collect all substantive comments before the call as much as 
possible and we discuss outstanding issues at the call.

  Give your initial feedback to Bill: before UTC8:30
  Review other's feedback and comment if needed: before UTC11:30
  (sufficient to raise when you have concern, no comment is considered
   as agreed)

This hopepfully gives some picture for Michael and Bill to raise any 
points they want to confirm at the call.
