I need more than 30 minutes to review the document.

As 02:00 UTC, Bill said that he would not be able to send the document
until after 05:30 UTC, so I went to sleep for a few hours (it was 04:00
local time fo me).  I started reviewing at 05:30, and I can't be ready
by 06:00 UTC.
