Bill,
My understanding of Nurani's point is not suggesting to replace RIR
Community , just on the term which uses numbers commnutnites/community.
Nurani listed all point and if Michael feels it can be accomodated
without too much problem then I think we can take this.
Does this reduce your concern?
Michael, please let us know if this causes issues for you in editing, to
incorporate suggestion from Nurani, in that case we keep the current edit.
