[CRISP-TEAM] Constistent use of term for number community

Hi,
We use a few different terms for the Internet number community in the document. In some places we use RIR community which is fine in my view. But where we talk about a number community, we should do so with a consistent term.
I suggest we use "Internet number community" consistently.
Please find my list below of language that would be good to make consistent.
