[CRISP-TEAM] Move description of RIRs, NRO, and NRO EC to section I.A

Hi Paul,


That's fine with me - to remove the part in bracket.
We just need to update associations --> organisations.

I think we are good and likely to be able to agree on this at the coming
call unless anoyne raises additional points.
