[CRISP-TEAM] Move description of RIRs, NRO, and NRO EC to section I.A

Hi Izumi,

I actually suggested to remove the part in the bracket. It does not add
anything. So as I stated in my last message about this section, I would
replace associations with organisations and remove the text in brackets.
