Modulo a space in the middle of “inconstituting” and my usual warning against slathering “open, bottom-up” on everything.

As I was applying everybody’s edits yesterday, it occurred to me to wonder why “multistakeholder” wasn’t being used in the document…  Did that question already get hashed through?
