Why don’t you focus on getting third-party edits into a draft before 22:00 UTC, and getting them to me when you’re done.  I can then synthesize the three documents while I’m on planes this evening.

Agreed.  When I’ve done the three-document synthesis, I will forward to Michael, Alan, Izumi, and German, and will sleep for five hours, until 15:00 UTC Tuesday.
