To to share the list of people who have made editorical suggestions, 
based on my memory.


on CRISP ML
  - Alan Barett, Bill Woodcock, Mwendwa Kivuva, Niall(through Nurani),
    Pindar Wong (through Izumi)
  - myself (Izumi Okutani): See word attachment for the specific changes
   "A few formating changes to Section III"

on IANAXFER list
