Hello.
I would like to suggest that there should be a discussion or negotiations
with the responsible authorities in the US about this process.

The Congress in the USA has made its mind about the IANA .....this
information has been in the public for a while now. The deadline of Sept
2015 is not something to bank on..

Based on that situation, I would like to propose that this process is
halted at the point it has reached.
