We should be careful not to be too general to a point that we don't know
who has responsibility for which duty. There must be an office that sets
the ball rolling in say calling for elections for NRO NC, or NRO RC (Review
Committee) e.t.c. In this case "the RIRs" are represented by EC. I would be
comfortable we go with "the RIRs" or stick with "NRO EC " but we should
ensure we are not ambiguous and don't confuse the community.
