Thank you.  I think that the way you have organised the web page 
is fine.

I have just noticed some errors in my conversion process.  For 
example, there's a line that says "1.  VI.A.  Regional and global 
pProcesses" where it should say "VI.A. Regional Processes".

I think this error is due to bugs in LibreOffice's handling of 
track changes, when insertions and deletions are made by the same 
person on the same line.

Please could somebody send a "clean" version of the latest docx 
file (load the redline version, accept all changes, and Save As 
with a new filename).  Then I will re-run the conversion to HTML 
and TXT.
